The tourist regions of the Sunshine Coast and the Bundaberg/Coral Coast area have a rich railway history that includes both government and private lines. In these regions you'll encounter two foot (610mm) gauge sugar cane tramlines as well as three foot six inch (1067mm) freight, commuter and high speed (tilt train) passenger services.
