Nambour & District Historical Museum

While the history of the Moreton Central Sugar Mill (1897-2003) is the main focus of the museum, there are extensive displays of local history housed in the original Nambour School Headmasters residence (built 1908).
The Moreton Mill exhibits include the Chief Engineer's office, machinery salvaged from the mill enclosure, Eudlo (the last steam locomotive to work at the mill), and Sandy (Malcolm Moore loco) of storybook fame.
